Rates and Fees
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Water bills are mailed on or before the 15th of each month. These bills are due by the last day of the same month.
Accounts not paid by the due date become "Past Due" and a second bill or "Late Notice" including a 10% penalty/late fee are mailed.
All "Past Due" accounts not paid by the 10th are subject to "Shut-Off" at which time a $40 "Reconnect Fee" is required before service is restored.
Meter Reading Dates are listed below on the left of this page.

Plumbing permits

- Plumbing Permit are a flat $50.00 Please allow 24 hour notice before needing an inspection. Any re-inspections are subject to another $50.00 fee. PLEASE BE PREPARED
road crossing fees

- Road Crossing fees are based on typical 3/4" to 1" service. Larger service and State Paved Highway bores will be priced at the time service is requested due to frequent variations in cost. All Road Crossings are done as a road bore. We do not typically dig across the road.
- County Dirt Road = $1200.00
- County Paved Road = $1500.00
reconnect fees

- When service is disconnected due to non-payment, there is a $40 reconnection fee due before service is turned back on. Reconnection of service is only done during normal working hours Mon. - Fri. 8am - 4:30pm
meter tampering fine

- Anyone found tampering with the meter, meter setter, meter box or any other water department property will be charged with a $500 fine as well possible legal action. You will also be responsible for the replacement costs of destroyed property.
returned check fees

- Any returned check or returned Auto Draft will be charged a $25 NSF fee. Service will be subject to disconnection.
misc. service fees

- $25 - Examples for this fee are as follows but are not limited to: Repeated Service Calls, Home Inspections, Monthly bill collected during - but before - shut-off due to non-payment, Connection/re-connection of service after hours, etc...
